Gorgeous ground floor 1 bedroom apartment located in the prestigious La Alcazaba urbanisation. The urbanisation, situated just minutes walk from the beach and famous Puerto Banús, consistently wins awards for its perfectly manicured gardens and pristine pools. The community has 24/7 security, ping-pong tables, gym, spa, and during the summer months there is an onsite restaurant.
The ground floor apartment is located on the East side of the La Alcazaba community, with views out onto the gardens. Access to the front door is either achieved by walking past the gardens and pools from the urbanisation's reception, or from the side gate from the parking. The front door is located next to the property's private terrace, which has been beautifully maintained and easily seats 6 guests, and enjoys pleasant afternoon sunshine through the mature garden's trees.
The apartment is surprisingly grand for a 1 bedroom, and this immediately becomes apparent once you see the open plan kitchen and living room. The large L-shaped sofa commands the corner to the left of the entryway, facing the flatscreen tv. The dining table seats 4 and merges perfectly with the open kitchen, which houses all of the necessary utensils for a care-free holiday away (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine). Past the kitchen along the corridor is the full bathroom, which has recently been renovated with a new shower and separate bath.
At the end of the corridor is the bedroom. As standard the bed is made as king size with two single mattresses joined together. The mattresses and bed bases can, however, be separated to become two single beds, should the guests prefer.
Guests can access all parts of the property with the exception of any locked cupboards.
The communal pools' opening dates and hours alters depending on the season, with its longest hours of operation from mid-May until September. Out of peak season the sun loungers around the pool are free to use, but during the months of July-August there is a small rental fee for their use.
The gym and spa areas on the urbanisation are also available to guests staying at the property for a small fee usually paid at the urbanisation's reception.
Other things to note:
A representative of Reek & Dalli will meet you at the apartment to handle the checkin, show you around the property, tell you about the area, and offer recommendations. We prefer to give guest's their space, but we are available 24/7 should there be any issues.
