Gorgeous 4 bedroom townhouse in the paradise that is the Camojan Blanco urbanisation. The property is spread over 3 levels, enjoys an abundance of natural light due to its South-East orientation, and offers wonderful mountain and sea views from it's upper terraces.
The Camojan Blanco community is calm and quiet, with a beautiful swimming pool and well tended gardens at its centre, making it a little oasis from the excitement and fast pace of Marbella and Puerto BanĂºs.
The townhouse has 4 bedrooms spread over 3 floors. Through the front door, guests will find the first of the bedrooms, which is a bunk bed sleeping 2 making it a perfect room for children. Here there is also a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. Past the bedroom is the spacious living room with dining area. Like the entire property, the living room is comfortable and well furnished, and also has a smart TV fixed to the wall. The floor to ceiling sliding windows offer access to the ground floor terrace/garden, complete with al-fresco dining area. Back inside, the modern kitchen houses all of the utensils and appliances expected of a family home, and ensures that guests have everything they may need should you wish to cook at your home away from home.
On the first floor are the second and third bedrooms. Both rooms are similar in size, have a large double bed and ensuite bathrooms. Upon request, one of the double beds can be separated to make 2 single beds. The bedroom on the right, however, has access to terrace with sun-loungers.
On the second floor is the master bedroom. This room has a large double bed, has an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, and a spacious terrace with outdoor lounge furniture. From the terrace guests can enjoy clear views of the iconic La Concha mountain, the communal swimming pool, and the sea.
The property is new to the short term rental markets, and has newly installed ac in all rooms and large boilers providing plenty of hot water.
This lovely home is perfect for families and sensible adult groups. Stag/Hen parties are not accepted, nor are groups under the age of 25.
