After walking through the gated front garden and front door to the property, guests will find the kitchen on the right with the guest wash room opposite, living and dining room in front, and the staircase upstairs on the left. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher etc).

The living room is well furnished, providing 3 sofas facing a large smart TV hung on the wall. There is also a dining area, with seating for up to 6 guests. The large ground floor terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and barbecues (gas BBQ included). The terrace is sheltered by high hedges and a large sun umbrella, providing privacy and shade in the afternoon sun.

The first floor accommodates the 3 bedrooms of the property (sleeps 2 guests in each bedroom). The master bedroom is east facing, has a large double bed, walk-in wardrobe, private terrace overlooking the terrace below, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The 2 guest bedrooms are similar in size and both face the west. One has a double bed (can be made into 2 single beds if requested), and the other 2 single beds. The entire property has strong AC and can be controlled independently in each room. There is fibre optic WiFi located in the living room, which reaches all of the bedrooms, and a WiFi booster for the rooftop terrace.

The urbanisation has a large swimming pool (open during the summer months), tennis courts and a small football pitch, all of which guests have complimentary access.
