Fantastic renovated 3 bedroom apartment ON THE BEACH just past the lovely Spanish town of Estepona. The peaceful Playa del Moral urbanisation runs parallel the shimmering Mediterranean sea, providing frontline accommodation to a select few. The community provides a swimming pool (shallow and deep) for it’s residents (supervised by lifeguard during the summer), and its just a short walk along the beach to several beach bars and restaurants. During the summer months water sports equipment (canoe, jet ski, pedalo, etc) can also be rented nearby.
Coming through the front door guests will find themselves with the living room in front, the terrace past the living room on the left, the open plan kitchen on the right, and the bedrooms just past the kitchen.

The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental apartment. It is perfect for those guests wishing to cook and entertain from home, and also features a breakfast bar with 3 stools.
The ample master bedroom provides a spacey double bed, direct access onto the terrace, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2 guest bedrooms are equal in size, feature 2 single beds, and share access to the guest bathroom, which also has a large walk-in shower.
The property has centralised A/C (hot and cold) throughout, and enjoys strong WIFI signal in all rooms. Rental of the property also includes a private parking space in the garage below the apartment. A baby cot and high chair is available upon request.
