Rooftop:

On the roof of the villa guests will find a well furnished rooftop terrace, which offers a number of seating areas and tables. This is the perfect spot to enjoy an early evening drink while watching the sunset. Here guests also have great views of the iconic La Concha mountain.

First Floor:

Here guests will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed in a spacious bedroom, which provides a smart tv on the wall, private terrace with seating area, ensuite bathroom with bath + separate shower and double sink, and plenty of wardrobe space. The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed facing a smart tv on the wall. Like all rooms, the bedroom has air conditioning (hot and cold), which can be controlled specifically from the room. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and enjoys views of the swimming pool outside. The room shares access to a bathroom with large walk-in shower with the second guest bathroom on this floor. The second bedrooms offers a double bed facing a smart tv on the wall, and plenty of storage space.

Ground floor:

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, providing guests all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property. For those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining, they need look no further, as they will have everything they need. Moving from the kitchen, guests will find a dining area with seating for 8, and past this, the living room, tastefully furnished with an L-shaped sofa facing a large smart TV on the wall. The room is bathed in natural light through floor to ceiling windows, which also provide access to the villa’s outside areas.

The poolside bedroom offers a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The bedroom has direct access to the ground floor terraces and swimming pool.

Basement:

Downstairs guests will find an enormous bedroom furnished with 2 king beds, seating area, desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Guests will also have access to a home gym, equipped with free weights, bench, cross trainer, and boxing bag. The villa’s home cinema, with projector and deep L-shaped sofa, is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the pool or exploring the fantastic Marbella sights.

Outside:

On the main terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area (seating for 8), a beach club style day bed, relaxed chillout seating area, and ping pong table. Guests will also have access to a BBQ hut with dining area and charcoal BBQ. The villa’s pristine swimming pool features 2 submerged sun beds, and can also be heated during the colder periods (additional fee).

The villa’s gardens are perfectly maintained and surround the property in a ring of greenery, and also provide the space for a children’s trampoline.

The villa has air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms and strong fibre optic WIFI reachable in all areas of the property. Located in a safe and quiet community in La Quinta, guests will be able to relax and unwind undisturbed by the excitement that Marbella attracts during the summer season, but know that they are just a short drive away should they want to enjoy the fantastic attractions and bars/restaurants that Marbella and the Costa have to offer!
