The living room features 2 comfortable sofas facing a fireplace and flat screen TV, and a dining area for 6. From the living room there is access out onto the main terrace, furnished with alfresco dining area, relaxed seating, and gas BBQ. The terrace, shaded by sails, has views of the nearby Los Naranjos golf course, as well as the Nueva Andalucía valley to the west.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. From the kitchen guests can also access the main terrace.

Outside guests will find a private swimming pool with several sun loungers surrounding it. At the rear of the garden there is a beautifully constructed ‘chillout zone’ built under the shade of a tree. Here there is relaxed seating as well a benched eating area.
