On the ground floor guests will find the fully equipped open plan kitchen, the beautifully furnished living room, terraces, and the first of the property’s 5 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property (top of the line Miele appliances throughout, as well as 2 fridges) and is perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. From the kitchen guests can access the terrace to the rear of the property where there is a breakfast table with chairs and an exterior sofa.

The living room blends style with comfort, providing guests with a deep L-shaped sofa and armchairs facing a smart TV hung on the wall. A formal dining area with seating for 6 is located next to the wall length windows that grant access onto the main terrace. The terrace is furnished with an alfresco dining area, chillout area, and several sun loungers. Here guests will also find a private swimming pool for their personal enjoyment. Like from the terrace above (outside the master bedroom), here guests can enjoy fabulous views of the iconic La Concha mountain.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, direct access onto the terrace that wraps around the apartment on the ground floor, and an ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower.

Upstairs, guests will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom (facing east) features a king size bed facing a smart TV hung on the wall. Windows provide access out onto a private terrace furnished with chillout seating, which enjoys spectacular views of La Concha and the sea. The ensuite bathroom features a rainfall shower and double wash basins. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor are similar in size, both feature queen size beds, ensuite bathrooms with rainfall showers, and direct access onto the west facing terrace at the rear of the property, furnished with sun loungers and a relaxed seating area.

In the basement guests will find the final bedroom. Arguably the largest of the rooms, the bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and comfortable sofa. A smart TV with stand is also provided. The ensuite bathroom features a rainfall shower.

The property has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) controllable in each room. Strong fibre optic WIFI is also provided, reachable in all rooms, perfect for those guests that need to stay connected.
